Pyramid (Pyramid) has subcontracted our appraisal and marketing services to First Preston Management, Inc. Our Website contains the information you need to access services, whether you are a potential new client, buyer, broker/professional, non-profit organization, government agency or subcontractor looking for new business.
We recognize the value that real estate professionals offer in the marketing of properties and in assisting homebuyers through the home purchasing process. All bids submitted on properties in Pyramid’s portfolio of homes,
must be submitted by a registered broker/professional. As a selling
professional, you can earn up to a 5% commission on a government-owned home. In addition, HUD pays allowable closing costs up to 5% of the offer price for interested buyers of HUD-owned homes. This makes the homes more affordable to buyers and selling these homes easier for you.
In order to place offers and sell government-owned properties, you must be registered with HUD and have an active Name Address Identifier (NAID) number. If you are not currently registered with HUD,
please click on “NAID Certification" for the appropriate documents and instructions to receive a NAID number.
In addition, if you want to submit online bids, you must have an account set up with our property listings website vendor: BidSelect.
