Thank you for your interest in selling HUD properties. Follow the registration instructions provided  below.

Renewals: You must renew your broker certification annually to retain an active NAID number. The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) will deactivate NAID numbers that are not renewed annually.

04/26/10: IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE NAID CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS BELOW:

Read instructions carefully for acceptable documentation requirements. Enter your information into the fill-able forms below. Upon completion, print  and sign the forms,  then mail them to the Contract Office for your area (see below). Effective 1/11/2008, HUD will not accept previous versions of the SAMS 1111 form.

Please remember that these forms require original signatures and that the processing time is 5 – 8 weeks.
